Rise and shine in beautiful Charlottetown with an invigorating Pole Walking and Exercise Session! This guided morning walk is the perfect way to energize your body, clear your mind, and experience the many benefits of pole walking—all while taking in the scenic charm of the east coast.

Led by Jodi Bussiere, Physiotherapist, this session is free to join, and a limited number of walking poles will be provided (or bring your own!). Whether you’re a seasoned pole walker or trying it for the first time, this is a fantastic opportunity to improve your mobility, enhance your endurance, and connect with fellow conference attendees in a refreshing outdoor setting.
