What you ought to TOKY-knOw about anti-doping ahead of the Games
With the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games fast approaching, join the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) for an information session on all things anti-doping leading into the Games. This presentation will cover topics such as anti-doping rules for the Games, Games-specific TUE processes, information on the legal status of stimulant medications in Japan, and best practices for helping athletes prepare prior to travel. It will also preview the upcoming changes to the status of glucocorticoids on the Prohibited List, which will take effect in 2022. As always, the CCES will open the floor up for a Q&A in the hopes of answering any questions you may have!
