This annual award recognizes a physician who has demonstrated longstanding and outstanding contributions in teaching, mentoring and leadership in the field of Sport and Exercise Medicine in Canada.
Sport and Exercise Medicine Physicians nominated for this award will be experienced in teaching sport medicine learners in a variety of settings. The nominee may have been a valued mentor for Sport and Exercise Medicine students, residents, fellows or other SEM learners. They may have shown leadership in teaching, clinical practice, sports coverage, volunteerism and advocacy.
