You may also save your form locally (via the "SAVE FILE" at the bottom of the page). This saves an HTML version of your completed form to your computer for future editing and all future games application submissions. (Please check your local default downloads folder for the file)
*Please note that in an effort to have users control and protect their privacy all information in the completed form resides on your local computer and NOT on the CASEM server.
You may view your saved (HTML) form through your web browser, but you will require an Internet connection to EDIT your saved form.
To EDIT your saved form, open the saved HTML file in a web browser, and either double click on the field you wish to edit OR scroll to the bottom of the form and click the "EDIT INFORMATION" button. When complete either export to PDF or save your form locally. When you save locally, the form will always save a NEW version of your file. It will never overwrite an older file.
IMPORTANT:
YOU MUST SAVE YOUR FORM TO YOUR LOCAL COMPUTER IF YOU WISH TO ARCHIVE THE FILE FOR FUTURE USE. You cannot edit the saved PDF file.
CLOSING THE BROWSER WINDOW WITHOUT SAVING WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF ALL WORK.
Please send ONLY the exported PDF file to CASEM via email. Do NOT send the saved HTML file. The saved HTML file is for individual archival and editing purposes only.
